Dr. Alexis Morgan is a women’s health physical therapist, internally trained pelvic floor clinician, and CrossFit-L1 trainer located in Hendersonville, TN. She received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy and Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science both from East Tennessee State University.
Alexis loves traveling the country with her husband Zac, where they both serve as faculty for the Institute of Clinical Excellence in the spine management division, teaching other healthcare professionals how to better manage back and neck pain. Outside of the clinic & travels, you can find Alexis at CrossFit Hendersonville or at home tending to her plants & pups (Winnie & Pepper).
Dr. Zac Morgan, DPT, CF-L1
Dr. Zac Morgan is a physical therapist, board certified orthopedic clinic specialist, and a CrossFit-L1 trainer located in Hendersonville, TN. He received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at East Tennessee State University as well as a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Middle Tennessee State University. Prior to returning home to Middle Tennessee, Zac completed an Orthopedic Residency Program in Austin, TX through Evidence in Motion.
In addition to co-owning and operating Onward Tennessee, Zac serves as faculty for the Institute of Clinical Excellence (ICE), where he travels the country teaching how to better manage neck and back pain, as well as advanced manual therapy courses, such as spinal manipulation. Zac has been thoroughly trained through ICE and has a unique treatment style, combining the use of skilled hands-on techniques, as well as progressive exercise, in order to help you achieve your goals and improve your overall well-being. Zac has been doing CrossFit for the last decade and outside of the clinic you can usually find him with his friends and wife Alexis at CrossFit Hendersonville. If he’s not there you can find Zac and his wife with their dogs Winnie and Pepper.
